Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

While we diligently inspect all products before shipping to maintain the highest standards, we acknowledge that unforeseen errors can occur. If, for any reason, you receive a product that does not match your order or is found to be faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact us promptly via email at [email protected] or through Whatsapp at +971 54 511 7713. When reaching out, kindly include your order number, country of residence and provide details of the product(s) you intended to purchase. Clearly outline the issue with the received item and specify whether you are seeking a refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will be ready to guide you on the necessary steps to proceed with the return process.

If you open the packaging and find that the smell of the scent you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, you do not have the option to return it.

Return Policy:

Make sure to include your order number in the correspondence.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 7 days from the date of receiving the package, ONLY IF you received the wrong items and the perfume box is still sealed.

  2. Condition of the Product for Return:
    To be eligible for a return, the product along with its packaging must be in its brand new condition and sealed.

  3. Usage Policy for Returns:
    Products are not permissible to be tested. If the packaging of the item is unwrapped, the item will not be eligible for return anymore.

  4. Return Shipping Fees:
    Fees are FULLY handled by the customer, unless the error was from our side (If you received an item that is different from the one you ordered – In this case only, the return fees are handled by Craftier Perfumes).

Refund Options:

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, except for any shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 working days for the completion of the return process, after we receive the items and check them.

Exchange Policy:

  • No exchange of any product is allowed.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or through Whatsapp at +971 54 511 7713 to begin the cancellation process. This will facilitate a seamless cancellation and ensure a complete refund.

However, if your order has already been sent out and you wish to cancel, the products must be returned before a refund can be issued. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method, minus any shipping fees that were charged on your initial purchase.
